Traverse Standard v11.0
Cash Flow Report
The Cash Flow Report shows the amount of cash you can expect to pay within any other three periods you specify. This information can help you project the cash position of your business and make sound payment decisions.
- Use the Data Filter to select the range of filtering options or leave the filter blank to include all available data.
- Select the type of invoices to view in the report from the View section.
- Select the three dates to establish aging periods from the Enter Three Dates For Aging Periods section.
Note: Enter the dates in chronological order, the earliest date first. The defaults will be 30, 60 and 90 days from your workstation date. - Select, if applicable, the Use Discount Dates check box to place discounted invoices into an earlier aging bucket if you can take the discount on the invoice; otherwise, clear the check box.
Note: The system compares the workstation date to the discount date on the invoice to determine whether or not it can take the discount. - Select a distribution code range in the Distribution Code From and Thru fields to select only the invoices having a distribution code between the From and Thru codes. Leave the fields blank to select all invoices.
- If you use multicurrency, these print options are available:
- To print transactions that were entered in the base currency, select the base currency as the report currency and clear the Print All In Base Currency box. Only transactions that were entered in the base currency are printed on the journal.
- To print transactions that were entered in a currency other than the base currency, select that currency as the report currency. Only transactions that were entered in the currency you select are printed on the journal.
- To print all transactions (regardless of the currency in which they were entered), select the base currency as the report currency and select the Print All In Base Currency check box.
Traverse converts all transaction amounts from their original currency to the base currency (if necessary), then prints all transactions on the journal.
- Select, if applicable, the Banded Rows check box to highlight alternating lines on the report to make the report easier to read. Clear the check box if you do not want to print these bars on the list.
Note: Use the System Manager Print Preferences function in the System Manager>Company Setup>Business Rules function to define the default setting for this check box. You can then override this default when you print the report. - Click a command button to
